Becky, Bettina, and I ran in the two sisters-one heart 10k in Queen Creek today. It is a fundraiser for two conjoined sisters that share a heart and liver. We had a good time, and saw a lot of people we knew. I think I did okay, my time was 1hr 2min.

Sam had some stickers he was playing with. Our friend Joe Farnsworth Jr was over and offered to help Sam. This is what he looked like after help from a 20yr old.

My baby is so easy to to entertain. I just set this talking Elmo in front of him and he listens to it tell a story. It is pretty funny, he doesn't take his eyes off for anything.
